Ask AI Overview and Getting Started
Ask AI is a build assistant inside your Scotify Solutions account that constructs platform elements for you from a plain language prompt. Chatbots, voice agents, calendars, pipelines, courses, custom fields, tags, and more. Instead of manually clicking through setup screens, you describe what you want and Ask AI builds it directly in your account.
What It Is
Ask AI behaves less like a chatbot and more like a build worker. You give it an instruction, it asks clarifying questions if needed, then it goes and constructs the actual objects in your account live, in seconds to minutes depending on complexity.
Why It Matters
Manual setup is the biggest time sink when you are getting things rolling. Building pipelines, chatbots, calendars, and automations one by one adds up fast. Ask AI collapses a lot of that setup time from hours to minutes, and it works at two levels inside your account:
Build inside your account
Create elements like pipelines, chatbots, and calendars on demand, right where you already work.
Customize on the fly
Instead of applying a static template, you can prompt Ask AI to build and customize new pieces of your account as your needs grow.
How to Access It
Open Ask AI
From your account dashboard, click Ask AI in the left navigation.
Start or reopen a chat
Click New Chat to start a session, or reopen an existing conversation from the sidebar.
Describe what you want built
Type (or dictate) what you want built, then submit. Ask AI will often ask a follow up question or two to confirm scope, like "should I also connect this to a calendar?" before executing. Review what it proposes, then confirm.
How to Use It in Your Account
Get set up fast
Use Ask AI to stand up chatbots, pipelines, calendars, and course or product shells instead of building each one manually.
Add to what you already have
Use it inside your existing account to add features, like "add a 5 stage pipeline for landscaping leads," without navigating multiple settings screens.
Test before you commit
For a new build type, try it out in a test area first to confirm the output looks right before putting it to work in your live account.
