The Calendar Settings & Preferences section is where you define the global rules that govern how your scheduling system operates. Proper configuration here ensures your calendars work exactly the way your business demands.
Global Configuration Options
- Timezone Settings: Ensure your master account timezone is set correctly. The system will automatically translate available times into the client's local timezone when they view the booking page.
- Availability Logic: Define your default working hours. You can override these on a per-calendar or per-user basis, but setting a global default saves time during setup.
- Custom Form Linking: Attach specific data capture forms to your calendars to gather necessary information (like phone numbers or pre-qualifying questions) before confirming the appointment.
Pro-Tip: Always enable the "Auto-Confirm" setting if you want appointments booked immediately. If you need to review applications before accepting a meeting, leave this toggled off and manually approve requests from your dashboard.
