Custom Values Overview

Custom Values act as global variables across your entire Scotify Solutions account. They allow you to define a piece of information once (like a special offer link, a seasonal discount code, or a specific team member's phone number) and insert it dynamically into multiple emails, text messages, and funnels.

Why Use Custom Values?

• Global Updates: If your promotional link changes, you only have to update the Custom Value once in your settings. Every email, SMS, and funnel using that value will automatically update instantly.
• Consistent Messaging: Ensure that your entire team is using the exact same links, codes, and phrasing without having to memorize them.
• Streamlined Setup: Build complex marketing campaigns faster by dropping in predefined values instead of typing out repetitive information.
