While the default dashboard provides a great high-level overview, your business might have unique KPIs. Scotify Solutions allows you to build completely custom dashboards tailored specifically to different roles, like a dedicated view for your sales team and a separate view for your marketing department.
Creating a New Custom Dashboard
Initialize the New View
Navigate to the Dashboard tab. Click the dropdown arrow next to the current dashboard name in the top left corner, and select + Create New Dashboard.
Name and Configure Access
Give your dashboard a clear name (e.g., "Q3 Sales Leaderboard"). You can choose to keep this dashboard private to your user account, or share it globally across all team members in the sub-account.
Add Data Widgets
Click Add Widget to open the widget library. Select the specific charts, graphs, and metric cards you want to display on this specific board.
Arrange and Resize
Drag and drop the widgets to rearrange them on the grid canvas. You can grab the bottom right corner of any widget to resize it, making critical charts larger.
Managing Multiple Dashboards
Once you have created multiple dashboards, you can easily switch between them using the top-left dropdown menu.
If you want a specific custom dashboard to load by default every time you log in, open that dashboard, click the three-dot options menu in the top right corner, and select Set as Default.
