Connecting your Scotify Solutions account with Shopify enables seamless data flow between the two platforms, reducing manual data entry and unlocking powerful new automation capabilities.
How to Connect Shopify
- Navigate to the Settings tab in your left-hand sidebar.
- Select Integrations from the settings menu.
- Locate the Shopify card and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to a secure authorization page. Log in with your Shopify credentials.
- Review the requested permissions and click Allow or Authorize.
- Once redirected back to Scotify Solutions, verify that the connection status shows as Active.
Common Automation Use Cases
- Data Syncing: Automatically push new contacts, leads, or appointments from Shopify directly into your CRM.
- Workflow Triggers: Use specific events inside Shopify to trigger automated SMS follow-ups, email campaigns, or pipeline stage updates.
- Centralized Reporting: Pull key metrics and activity logs from Shopify into your master dashboard for a unified view of your operations.
