Fathom Integration
Connecting your Scotify Solutions account with Fathom enables seamless data flow between the two platforms, reducing manual data entry and unlocking powerful new automation capabilities.
How to Connect Fathom
- Navigate to the Settings tab in your left-hand sidebar.
- Select Integrations from the settings menu.
- Locate the Fathom card and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to a secure authorization page. Log in with your Fathom credentials.
- Review the requested permissions and click Allow or Authorize.
- Once redirected back to Scotify Solutions, verify that the connection status shows as Active.
Common Automation Use Cases
- Data Syncing: Automatically push new contacts, leads, or appointments from Fathom directly into your CRM.
- Workflow Triggers: Use specific events inside Fathom to trigger automated SMS follow-ups, email campaigns, or pipeline stage updates.
- Centralized Reporting: Pull key metrics and activity logs from Fathom into your master dashboard for a unified view of your operations.
Pro-Tip: After completing the integration, navigate to the Automations tab to explore the new Fathom-specific triggers and actions that are now available in your workflow builder!
