Media Storage: Utilizing the Native Image Editor

Edit and manage your images directly.

You don't need to export an image to Photoshop just to make a quick adjustment. The Scotify Solutions Media Library features a built-in, native image editor that allows you to tweak your graphics on the fly.

    1. Launching the Editor

To edit an image, navigate to your Media Library, locate the target image, right-click (or click the three-dot menu icon), and select Edit Image. This opens the native editing canvas.

    2. Core Editing Capabilities

The native editor is equipped with essential tools to ensure your images fit perfectly into your marketing assets:

    • Cropping & Resizing: Quickly crop out unwanted backgrounds or resize an image to fit a specific dimension (e.g., a square for Instagram or a wide banner for a website header).
    • Filters & Adjustments: Apply preset color filters or manually adjust brightness, contrast, and saturation to ensure your images pop.
    • Text & Annotations: Add text overlays, draw shapes, or highlight specific areas of an image directly within the platform.

    Pro-Tip

Always save a copy of your edited image rather than overwriting the original file. This preserves your base asset in case you need to use the original, uncropped version for a different campaign later.
