    Forms

    Create forms to capture leads.

Forms are the primary data-capture mechanism for your business. Whether you need a simple contact form, a newsletter signup, or a complex multi-step application, the Form Builder handles it all.

    1. Building a Form

Navigate to Sites > Forms > Builder. The drag-and-drop interface allows you to pull in standard fields (Name, Email, Phone) as well as Custom Fields you have created for your business.

    🎨

    Styling

Customize the colors, fonts, and button styles to match your brand. You can also inject custom CSS for advanced styling.

    🛡️

    Spam Protection

Enable Google reCAPTCHA or use the built-in sticky contact features to prevent spam bots from clogging your CRM.

    2. Deploying Your Form

Once built, you can deploy your form in several ways:

    • Native Integration: Drag and drop the form element directly into any Scotify funnel or website page.
    • Embed Code: Copy the iframe or HTML embed code to place the form on an external website (like WordPress or Squarespace).
    • Standalone Link: Share a direct link to the form via text message or email without needing a website at all.

    Pro-Tip

For longer forms, use the "Sticky Contact" feature. If a lead has already filled out step one of your funnel, their information will automatically pre-populate on the next form they see, drastically increasing conversion rates.
