The Agent Studio is your command center for designing, testing, and deploying custom AI personalities. Here, you define exactly how your AI employee behaves, what its goals are, and how it interacts with your customers.
Configuring the Agent Persona
A successful AI agent needs clear boundaries and a distinct voice to properly represent your brand.
System Prompt & Identity
Define who the agent is. Example: "You are Alex, a friendly and concise sales assistant for Acme Corp. Your goal is to qualify leads and book them onto the sales calendar."
Tone & Style
Should the agent use emojis? Should it be highly professional or casual? Set these parameters so the AI matches your company's communication style.
Fallback Behaviors
Instruct the agent on what to say if it cannot find an answer. Example: "If you don't know the answer, apologize and state that a human representative will reach out shortly."
The Interactive Testing Simulator
Before deploying your agent to live customer channels, you must test its responses to ensure it behaves correctly.
On the right side of the Agent Studio, you will find the Testing Simulator. This chat interface lets you roleplay as a customer. Try asking the agent difficult questions, attempting to book an appointment, or asking about pricing to see how it utilizes your Knowledge Base data in real-time.
