Overview
Welcome to the Brand Boards guide. Your brand is more than just a logo, it's the consistent visual and tonal experience your customers have across every touchpoint. Brand Boards serve as your centralized identity hub within Scotify Solutions.
1. Why Use Brand Boards?
Before Brand Boards, maintaining consistency meant constantly copying and pasting hex codes, hunting down font files, and repeatedly explaining your company's tone to new employees or AI tools. Brand Boards eliminate this friction.
- Centralized Assets: Store your logos, colors, and fonts in one place.
- AI Context: Automatically feed your brand's voice and personality into Ask AI and AI Agents.
- Universal Application: Apply your brand settings globally across funnels, websites, and emails with a single click.
2. Core Components
Your Brand Board is divided into three primary sections:
- Design Kit: The visual foundation (Logos, Colors, Typography).
- Brand Voice: The tonal foundation (Personality, Vocabulary, Messaging Guidelines).
- Global Settings: The application layer (Where and how these assets are applied by default).
3. Best Practices for Setup
When configuring your Brand Board for the first time, we recommend gathering your existing brand guidelines (if you have them) or taking a moment to define:
- Your primary brand color (used for main buttons and calls to action).
- Your secondary/accent colors.
- A high-resolution version of your logo with a transparent background (PNG or SVG).
- 3-5 adjectives that describe how you want your business to sound (e.g., "Professional, authoritative, yet approachable").
💡 Pro-Tip:Take the time to fill out the Brand Voice section thoroughly. The more context you provide about your target audience and core values, the better Ask AI will become at drafting zero-edit emails, social posts, and SMS campaigns for you!
