    Manage calendar connections and integrations.

To prevent double-bookings and ensure your schedule is always up-to-date, it is crucial to connect your Scotify Solutions calendars with your primary external calendar providers. The Connections settings manage these integrations.

    1. Connecting Google or Outlook

Navigate to Settings > Integrations to authorize your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. Once authorized, go to your Profile Settings or the Calendar Connections tab to select exactly which calendar folders should be synced with the CRM.

    Primary Calendar Sync

This is the main calendar where all new appointments booked through Scotify will be pushed. Select the exact folder (e.g., "Work" or "Main") where you want these events to appear.

    2. Understanding Two-Way Sync

A Two-Way Sync ensures that appointments booked in Scotify are pushed to your Google/Outlook calendar, and events created in your Google/Outlook calendar block out availability in Scotify. This seamless communication guarantees your booking widget only shows truly available time slots.

    • Conflict CheckingYou can select multiple secondary calendars (like a personal or family calendar) for the system to check for conflicts, ensuring you never get booked during a personal obligation.
    • Real-Time UpdatesIf you delete or reschedule an event in your external calendar, that change is immediately reflected back in your Scotify availability.

    Pro-Tip

If your integration token expires (which happens periodically for security reasons with Google and Microsoft), your sync will pause. If you suddenly see double-bookings or missing events, navigate to Integrations, disconnect the account, and reconnect it to refresh the secure token.
