How to Enable Support Access for Your Account

Grant our support team temporary access to your account to help troubleshoot issues.

Sometimes, the fastest way for our support team to resolve a complex technical issue is to look at it directly from your perspective. By enabling Support Access, you grant our technicians temporary, secure access to navigate your workspace and troubleshoot the problem hands-on.

    What is Support Access?

Support Access is a strict security protocol. Instead of asking for your personal password (which our team will never do), you can flip a toggle inside your account that generates a temporary, encrypted entry token for our support engineers.

How to Enable Support Access Step-by-Step

    1

    Navigate to Company Settings

Log into your Scotify Solutions dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu, click Settings (gear icon), and select Business Profile (or Company Settings).

    2

    Locate the Security Preferences

Scroll down through your business information fields until you find the security and data management section.

    3

    Toggle Support Access On

Find the switch labeled Allow Support Access and toggle it to the Active (On) position. The system may prompt you to select a duration (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) for the access window.

    4

    Save and Notify Support

Click Save to lock in the change. Once enabled, reply to your open support ticket to let the representative know they can now access your workspace to investigate.

    Security Guardrail: Revoking Access

You maintain absolute control over your workspace. Even if you granted a 30-day access window, you can instantly revoke our team's access the moment your issue is resolved. Simply return to the same settings panel, toggle the switch back to Off, and click Save. The access token will be destroyed immediately.
