Generating 5-star reviews is one of the most powerful ways to build trust and dominate local search rankings. With Scotify Solutions, you don't need to manually email customers or hope they remember to leave feedback, you can send a frictionless, one-click review request directly to their phone or inbox.
In this guide, we will walk you through customizing your default review message and sending your very first request to a happy customer.
1. Customize Your Request Template
Before sending a request, you want to ensure the message sounds like it is coming from your brand, not an automated robot.
Navigate to Reputation Settings
From your main left-hand sidebar, click on Reputation, then select the Settings (gear icon) tab at the top of the page.
Verify Your Review Link
Ensure your Google Business Profile or Facebook Page is connected. Under the Review Link section, click Generate Link. The system will create a custom URL that routes customers directly to the 5-star pop-up box.
Edit the SMS Message Copy
Scroll down to the SMS Review Request block. Keep it short and friendly. For example: "Hi {{contact.first_name}}, thanks for choosing us! Could you take 30 seconds to leave a quick review? {{review_link}}". Click Save.
2. Send Your First Manual Request
Now that your template is ready, let's send a request to a recent customer.
Click the "Send Review Request" Button
You can trigger a request from almost anywhere in the platform. Look for the green Check-in/Send Review Request button in the top right corner of your screen (or inside the Reputation tab).
Select Your Customer
A pop-up modal will appear. Start typing your customer's name, email, or phone number. Select their profile from the dropdown list.
Choose the Delivery Channel and Send
Select whether you want to send the request via SMS or Email. Click Send Review Request. The system will instantly dispatch your customized message.
