Quick Start Guide

    Setup A Booking Calendar

Allow clients to book appointments with you.

One of the most powerful features in Scotify Solutions is a fully native booking engine that eliminates the need for third-party tools like Calendly or Acuity. Once set up, your calendar works 24/7. letting clients self-book, triggering reminders automatically, and pushing appointment data directly into your CRM.

In this guide, we will walk you through setting up your first booking calendar and embedding it on a funnel or website page.

    1. Create Your Calendar

Start by creating a new calendar inside the Calendars module.

    1

    Navigate to Calendars

From your left-hand sidebar, click on Calendars. Then click the + Create Calendar button in the top right corner.

    2

    Choose Your Calendar Type

Select the type that fits your use case. For most businesses starting out, choose Round Robin (for a sales team) or Simple / Unassigned (for a solo operator). You can always change this later.

    3

Set Your Calendar Name & URL Slug

Give your calendar a clear internal name (e.g., "Free Strategy Call"). The URL slug will be auto-generated from your name, but you can customize it. This is the link you will share with clients.

    2. Configure Availability & Duration

Define when you are available and how long each meeting will be.

    1

    Set Meeting Duration & Buffer

Inside the calendar settings, open the Availability tab. Set your appointment duration (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes). Always add a 15-minute buffer before and after each slot to prevent back-to-back fatigue.

    2

    Define Your Available Hours

Toggle the days of the week you are available, and set the open/close times for each. For example, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. These are the windows prospects will see when booking.

    3

    Connect Your External Calendar

To prevent double-bookings, link your Google or Outlook calendar under Settings > Calendars > Connections. Enable Two-Way Sync so your personal events block off availability automatically.

    3. Add a Confirmation Form & Automations

Collect the right information and automate your pre/post booking communications.

    1

    Customize the Booking Form

Inside your calendar settings, click on the Forms & Payments tab. You can add or remove fields (Name, Email, Phone, and custom qualifying questions) that prospects must fill out before locking in their slot.

    2

Set Up Confirmation & Reminder Notifications

Under the Notifications tab, configure the automated email and SMS confirmation that fires immediately upon booking. Add reminder messages to go out 24 hours and 1 hour before the meeting to maximize your show rates.

    3

Embed on Your Funnel or Website

Navigate to Sites > Funnels or Websites. Open your page canvas, click Add Element, and drag the Calendar Block onto your page. Select your calendar from the dropdown, no embed code required.

Pro-Tip: Copy & Share the Direct Booking Link
You don't always need to embed a calendar on a page. Inside your calendar settings, you will find a Direct Booking Link. Copy this URL and share it directly in your email signature, social media profiles, text messages, or any outbound communication. Clients can click it and book instantly without navigating your website.
