Voicemail Drops
Upload and manage your library of pre-recorded audio files. These can be used for:
- Inbound Voicemail: The greeting played when customers call outside of business hours or when your team is unavailable.
- Outbound Voicemail Drops: In Workflows, you can automate a "ringless voicemail" drop, where a pre-recorded message is pushed directly to a lead's voicemail box without ringing their phone.
Missed Call Text-Back
Turn missed calls into immediate text conversations. If this setting is enabled, the system will automatically send a customizable text message (e.g., "Hi, this is Scotify Solutions. We missed your call, how can we help you today?") whenever an inbound call goes unanswered. This simple automation can save countless lost leads.
