Your service agreement defines the scope of work, timelines, and terms. Here are answers to the most common contract and scope questions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I need work outside the agreed scope?
Out-of-scope work is billed separately at our standard hourly rate. Your project manager will provide a quote before any work begins, no surprises.
Can I change the scope mid-project?
Yes. Scope changes are handled through a written change order that outlines the new deliverables, adjusted timeline, and any cost difference. Both parties must sign before work proceeds.
What is the contract term length?
Most service agreements are month-to-month for recurring services. Project-based work (websites, funnels) is scoped per project with a defined start and end date.
How do cancellations work?
For month-to-month services, provide 30 days written notice. Project-based work can be cancelled, but work completed up to the cancellation date is billable.
Who owns the work after it is delivered?
You own all final deliverables once the project is paid in full. We retain the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
