    Submitting Website Feedback

How to share feedback on your website design and request changes efficiently.

Your website is a living project. Here is how to submit feedback that our team can act on quickly and accurately.

    How to Submit Feedback

We use a structured feedback process to keep revisions organized and prevent anything from slipping through the cracks.

    1. Use the shared feedback document. All feedback should be submitted through the Google Doc or a screen recording sent via email.
    2. Be specific. Instead of "make the hero look better," tell us: "Increase the headline font size and change the button color to match our brand blue (#2563EB)."
    3. Reference page sections. Include the page name and section (Homepage → Hero Section or About → Team Grid).
    4. Attach screenshots when possible. Annotated screenshots help us see exactly what you are referencing.

Recording a Feedback Walkthrough (Google Meet or Loom)

The fastest way to give us feedback is to record a quick walkthrough instead of writing everything out. It lets us see exactly what you mean and hear the why behind each note.

    Using Google Meet:

    1. Start an instant meeting at meet.google.com. You can meet with just yourself, no need to invite anyone.
    2. Turn on your microphone and start screen sharing (share your Chrome tab or full screen, whichever is easier).
    3. Click Record meeting from the three-dot menu in the bottom toolbar.
    4. Navigate through the website as you normally would, and talk through what you are seeing, call out anything that needs to change, look off, or could be improved. Be as specific as possible (this button color should match our brand blue vs. I don't like this button).
    5. Stop the recording when you are done. Google will save it to your Google Drive and send you a link once it is processed.
    6. Share that link with us (or drop it in our shared folder/thread).

    Using Loom:

If you already have a Loom account, the process is the same: just start a new screen recording with your mic on, walk through the site while narrating your thoughts, and send us the generated link when you are done.

Why this works better than a written list:

    • We see your exact cursor position and can pinpoint the issue immediately
    • Tone and context come through; "this feels off" is easier to act on when we can see what felt off
    • No back-and-forth clarifying which page or section you meant
