    Revision Requests Process

Understand our revision cycle, how many rounds are included, and how to submit changes.

Revisions are a normal part of the design process. Here is how our revision cycle works and how to get the most out of each round.

    What's Included

Your project agreement includes a set number of revision rounds. Each round lets you request changes across all pages currently in development.

    • Each revision round covers all active pages, batch your feedback for maximum efficiency.
    • A round is considered complete when you submit feedback and we deliver updated designs.
    • Unused revision rounds do not roll over to future phases.
    • Additional revision rounds can be purchased at our standard hourly rate.

How to Submit a Revision Request

    1. Review the full design. Go through every page before submitting, catching everything in one round saves time.
    2. Compile all changes. List every change in the feedback document with page references and screenshots.
    3. Mark priority levels. Tag items as "must-fix" or "nice-to-have" so we know what matters most.
    4. Submit by the deadline. Revisions submitted within the agreed window keep your project on schedule.
