While standard websites are designed for browsing, Funnels are engineered for a single, absolute objective: conversion. A funnel strips away distracting navigation links and guides a visitor through a highly controlled, step-by-step journey, from initial curiosity to a frictionless checkout.
Launching your first funnel inside Scotify Solutions is incredibly fast. By leveraging our pre-built industry templates and drag-and-drop designer, you can deploy a high-converting lead magnet or sales page in under 15 minutes.
The Funnel Architecture
To access your funnel builder, navigate to Sites from your main left-hand sidebar menu, and select the Funnels tab.
Unlike a multi-page web directory, a funnel relies on a rigid, stacked hierarchy. Visitors move vertically downward through your defined step pages only after completing a specific page objective:

Step 2: Checkout / Order Page
Processes Master Catalog Product
Step 3: Thank You / Confirmation

1. Creating Your Funnel Skeleton Step-by-Step
Building your funnel structure first lays the pipeline framework before you begin designing the visual layouts.
Launch the Funnel Canvas
Navigate to Sites > Funnels and click the green + New Funnel button. Choose Start From Scratch to build your own, or browse our Template Library to select a pre-wired design tailored to your specific industry (e.g., Real Estate Lead Capture or Fitness Challenge Opt-In).
Construct the Step Stack
If building from scratch, click + Add New Step. Input a consumer-facing Page Name (e.g., Special Offer Checkout) and define the clean path URL (e.g., checkout-deal). Click Create Funnel Step. Repeat this process to stack your landing, checkout, and thank you steps sequentially.
Link Products to Your Checkout Steps (Optional)
If your funnel is designed to sell a product, click on your designated Checkout/Order step row, then click the Products Tab in the top sub-navigation menu panel. Click + Add Product. Select your master item and price variant from your connected Stripe catalog. Hit Save.
2. Designing the Visual Page Layout
Once your steps are stacked, it is time to make them look incredible using our visual builder.
Open the Drag-and-Drop Editor
Toggle back to the Overview tab and click Edit Page on your first step row to launch the designer canvas.
Build Your Sections and Rows
The builder operates on a clean grid system. First, drag in a Section (the full-width background container). Inside that section, add a Row (which dictates your column layout, such as a 50/50 split).
Drop in Your Core Elements
- Headlines & Text: To communicate your core value proposition clearly.
- Forms or Checkout Widgets: To capture lead data or process credit cards.
- Buttons: Set your button action to Go to Next Step so users flow down your funnel architecture automatically when clicked.
Apply Styling and Save
Click on any element to open its right-hand Properties Panel. Here you can adjust hex colors, typography fonts, padding margins, and mobile-specific sizing. Click Save in the top right corner.
The Custom Domain Safe-Zone
DNS Guardrail: Pointing Your Funnel URLs
Never launch a live marketing campaign utilizing the platform's native fallback subdomain (e.g., company.scotifypages.com). This damages your brand credibility and triggers email spam flags.
Before directing live traffic, navigate to Sites > Funnels > Settings, select your custom corporate domain (e.g., offers.yourcompany.com), and link it directly to the funnel master file. Ensure your DNS registry contains an active CNAME record pointing directly to flash.funnels.scotifycdn.com for lightning-fast edge delivery.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
- Why is my checkout element showing an error stating "No Products Available"?This occurs if you built a gorgeous visual design but skipped linking your asset catalog. The checkout block is a dynamic container shell; it remains inert until you navigate to that explicit funnel step's Products Tab and map a saved product price variant directly to it (as outlined in Step 1.3).
- How do I ensure my funnel looks good on mobile phones?Over 70% of funnel traffic comes from mobile devices. Inside the visual page editor, look at the top-left corner of the top navigation bar and click the Mobile Icon. This switches your canvas into mobile view. You can adjust font sizes and padding specifically for mobile screens without affecting your desktop layout.
