Great content starts with great raw material. Here is how to capture and submit photos, videos, and testimonials for our content team.
Photo Capture Guidelines
- Shoot in landscape (horizontal) for website and blog use, and portrait (vertical) for social stories
- Use natural lighting whenever possible, avoid harsh overhead fluorescents
- Capture your team in action, your workspace, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Resolution: aim for at least 1080px wide. Phone cameras are fine if lighting is good
Video Capture Guidelines
- Record in 1080p or higher. Use a tripod or stabilize your phone
- Film in a quiet environment, background noise is hard to remove
- For testimonials: have the subject look at the interviewer (not the lens) for a natural feel
- Keep clips under 2 minutes, shorter clips are easier to edit into reels and stories
How to Submit Content
Upload all raw content to the shared Google Drive folder provided during onboarding. Organize files into subfolders by type:
- /Photos/Team
- /Photos/Workspace
- /Photos/Products
- /Videos/Testimonials
- /Videos/BTS
For large video files (over 100MB), use a transfer service like WeTransfer or upload directly to the Drive folder.
